What if I need to cancel or re-schedule?

Emergencies do crop up every now and again for us all, however in repeat cancellations or no show instances, or non emergency situations, we will have no alternative other than to charge for the wasted appointment as follows;

We may charge you 30% for cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

We may charge you 50% for a 'no show' to your appointment.
